System is meant to be used in a dry environment, not left out in the rain or left outdoors overnight. Also, the unit comes with bags that need to be maintained and kept dry. The whole unit as a whole is not to be operated near or in front of food or anything that will get grease or dirt on it. Also, all the accessories are included and if there's any questions on it, please let me know. Besides that, we want to make sure that everything stays clean, proper, not in a dirty or dusty space.
