When your final payment is made, you will receive an appointment link to book your pick up appointment on Thursday before your event & drop off appointment on the following Monday. What happens if I damage or lose a rental item? If a rental item is damaged or lost, I will assess the damage/loss at time of drop off to evaluate if damage or loss can be repaired or replaced. Depending on the damage of the rental item, there may a damage or replacement fee applied (x3 of rental item price). Damages include scratches, mildew, burns, stains, tears & breakage. Do I have to clean my items before I drop them off? Yes, the rental item must be returned in the condition you received them. There will be an additional cleaning fee to items that are not returned in a rentable condition.
