WHAT A "DAY RATE" INCLUDES:

⏰ Up to 8 Hours of Event Operational Time: Each daily rental rate covers up to 8 continuous hours of event time on your chosen date. (Need extended hours? Message us for custom arrangements!)

🚚 Full Delivery, Professional Setup & Takedown: We arrive 45–60 minutes prior to your event start time to set up, calibrate the studio lighting, and test the system. We return at your event's conclusion to handle full load-out.

HOW IT WORKS:

1. Book Your Date: Select either the Weekday (Mon–Thu) or Weekend (Fri–Sun) day rate based on your event date.

2. Send Event Details: Message us your venue address, setup window time, and Wi-Fi details.

3. We Deliver & Set Up: Our team delivers the booth to your venue 45–60 minutes prior to your event start time, completes full testing, and leaves it ready for your guests.

*We Pick Up: Once your event concludes, our team arrives to promptly dismantle and load out the equipment. Zero hassle for you!

RENTAL REQUIREMENTS & VENUE CONDITIONS:

Location Coverage: Includes delivery within the Ottawa-Gatineau region. (Outlying areas may incur a small additional mileage fee—please message to confirm).

Power Access: Venue must provide access to a standard 120V electrical outlet within 15 feet of the setup area.

Wi-Fi Connection: To enable instant SMS/Email sharing during the event, the kiosk connects to venue Wi-Fi or a mobile hotspot. (If Wi-Fi is unavailable, captures automatically queue and send as soon as the booth re-connects!)

Sheltered Operation: For indoor use or outdoor use under a 100% dry, fully enclosed commercial tent/overhead shelter. Strictly no exposure to rain or direct unshaded heat.
