Instructions

16” Echo Gas Chainsaw – Basic Use

1. Fuel – Use fresh 50:1 gas/oil mix (2-stroke). Fill fuel + bar oil.

2. Start (cold) – Chain brake ON → switch ON → choke out → pull until it fires → choke in → pull to start.

3. Start (warm) – Brake ON → no choke → pull to start.

4. Operation – Hold firmly with both hands. Let chain reach full speed before cutting. Don’t force it—let the saw do the work.

5. Safety – Always engage chain brake when not cutting. Keep hands clear. Wear proper PPE.

6. After Use – Turn OFF, let cool, check/clean chain and bar

Return as received with the cover on the blade

Wipe excess debris off blade, the unit and the handle with a wet cloth or wet wipe.
