Instructions

Cleaning: Dust regularly with a soft brush or compressed air. For deep cleaning, remove stems and rinse or wipe with a damp cloth; use mild soap for stubborn grime (don't soak/scrub). Air dry fully before reassembling.

Shape: Cushion arrangements when storing/transporting—don't compress. Reshape bent petals by hand or with a low-heat hairdryer. Avoid stacking heavy items on boxes or overfilling them.

Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Stand loose stems upright to preserve shape.

Temperature: Maintain 10°C–30°C (50°F–86°F). Avoid heat sources, direct sun, and fluctuating or extreme cold conditions.

Humidity: Store in well-ventilated, low-humidity spaces—avoid bathrooms/kitchens to prevent softening, warping, or dust buildup.

Avoid: Harsh chemicals, prolonged sun exposure, and excess moisture.

For returns, simply put all rented flowers back in the bin/tub they were received in, with the lid fastened on top.
