PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS
Before Leaving
Renter must inspect and confirm:
• Trailer lights are functioning
• Safety chains are connected properly
• Hitch is fully locked and pinned
• Trailer jack is fully raised
• Tires are in safe condition
• Ramps are secured and locked
• Load is balanced properly
Towing Requirements
Tow vehicle must be capable of safely towing 7,000 KG
• Trailer must ONLY be used with a proper hitch and trailer brake setup
• Load must be evenly distributed
• All equipment/materials must be strapped securely
• No overloading permitted
DURING RENTAL
Renter Responsibilities
The renter is fully responsible for:
• Any damage to trailer
• Tire damage or punctures
• Traffic tickets or towing charges
• Damage caused by improper loading
• Lost ramps, straps, pins, or ext
• Theft during rental period
Safe Loading Guidelines
• Keep approximately 60% of load weight toward the front
• Secure load with heavy-duty ratchet straps or chains
use wheel chocks on slopes

Return requirements

RETURN REQUIREMENTS

Trailer Must Be Returned:
• On time
• In the same condition received
• Free of excessive dirt, mud, concrete, or debris
• With ramps secured properly
• Without damage to deck, frame, wiring, lights, or tires

Cleaning Charges

Additional fees may apply for:
• Excessive dirt or mud
• Concrete, asphalt, or material buildup
• Garbage left on trailer
• Smoking or spills

Damage Charges

Renter is responsible for:
• Bent ramps
• Broken lights
• Tire replacement
• Damaged wood deck
• Hitch or jack damage
• Structural/frame damage

LATE RETURN POLICY
• Late returns may result in additional hourly or daily rental charges
• Failure to return trailer may result in towing, repossession, and legal action

EMERGENCY / BREAKDOWN

If the trailer experiences:
• Tire blowout
• Bearing issue
• Electrical/light failure
• Hitch issue

The renter must stop immediately and contact the owner before continuing use.
