For best ice retention use blocks of ice not ice cubes. place frozen items on the bottom, layer ice blocks on frozen items, layer item need less and less cooling on top.
organize food to reduce the amount of time the cooler is opened to tpretreive items.
Return requirements
drain all ice / water. rinse and wipe clean.
