Bog Agnes insulated inflatable sleeping pad. not self inflating, but comes with pump bag and small npbetter inflator. I think it’s the most comfortable pad I’ve used. good insulating properties and easy to deflate and packs down really small.

Instructions

Do not use near open flame or sharp objects. make sure there are no items that can cause puncture on the ground (broken glass, sharp stick, or sharp rock).
