Thank you for renting the Harvest Right Medium Freeze Dryer! Our team will deliver, set up, and test the unit at your location. Please do not move it; contact us if it needs relocation.

Usage: Cut food into small, even pieces (≤¾”), spread evenly on the five trays (10–15 lbs per batch), then press Start. let it run its 15 prep/set up. after 15min close valve load your trays and press continue. The unit runs automatically through freezing, vacuum, and drying cycles.

Safety & Care: Keep children/pets away. Do not open during operation. Unplug before cleaning. Trays are dishwasher safe or wash with soap and water. Clean interior with 1:3 vinegar: water solution if needed.

Return requirements

To ensure the freeze dryer is ready for the next renter, all units must be returned in clean and proper working condition. Please follow these steps before we pick up your unit:

Cleaning Requirements:

Remove all food from the trays and interior.

Wash trays with warm, soapy water or in the dishwasher. Make sure they are completely dry.

Wipe the interior of the unit with a soft cloth and a mild vinegar solution (1 part white vinegar : 3 parts warm water)

Wipe the exterior of the unit to remove any spills, dust, or residue.

Unit Condition:

Ensure the unit is unplugged and completely dry.

Make sure the door closes properly and there is no damage to the unit or trays.

Return all accessories, manuals, and any provided tools.
