Rent our Mockmill Grain Mill and experience the difference of freshly milled flour in your own kitchen.

The Mockmill Professional runs continuously and mills up to 200 grams per minute, so you can grind everything you need in one session.

Freshly ground grain transforms the taste and texture of sourdough, bread, tortillas, muffins, pancakes, and pasta.

Many renters mill a month’s worth in one day. Stored in airtight containers in the freezer, freshly milled flour retains its nutrients and rich flavor for future baking.

Why mill your own flour?

✔ Maximum Nutrition – Fresh milling preserves natural vitamins and minerals.
✔ Better Flavor – Rich, nutty taste you can’t buy in a bag.
✔ Full Control – Choose your grains and fineness.
✔ Cost Effective – Whole grains store longer and cost less.
✔ Try Before You Buy – Test it in your own kitchen.

Instructions

Please only mill dry grains listed in the approved grain list. Do not mill nuts, seeds, coffee, or anything oily.

    ✅ Before You Begin
✔ Only mill approved dry grains (see grain list) in hand Book
✔ Make sure the grain is completely dry
✔ Plug the mill into a standard outlet

    1. Set Coarseness
    10 = Coarse
    5–7 = Medium
    1–3 = Fine
    (You may adjust while running.)

    2. Turn Mill ON First
Always start the mill before adding grain.

    3. Add Grain
    Slowly pour into hopper.

    4. Let It Finish
When grain is done, let run empty 5–10 seconds, then turn OFF.

    5. For Finer Flour
    Turn ON, adjust finer, re-mill.

💡 Helpful Tip: Fresh flour performs differently. Let it rest 10–20 minutes before baking.

❌ Do NOT Mill- Avoid anything oily, moist, or soft:
Flax seeds, Chia seeds, Sesame seeds, Sunflower seeds, Coffee beans, Nuts of any kind, Rolled oats, Popcorn, Spices with high oil content (cloves, nutmeg) These can gum up or damage the stones.
