Instructions

Open valve and let it inflate for 15 - 20min. Blow into valve to increase firmness.
to deflate, open valve and lay on top to force out most of the air, starting at end opposite valve, tightly roll to expell all air. Close valve while tightly rolled.
Do not store any sharp objects near the pad, ensure there are no sharp object under the pad.
