Large car camping tent.
Tent is good for all weather.
Can fit a queen size blow up mattress inside and still have room to walk around.
Lots of built in storage, pockets and shelf over door.

Instructions

Setup instructions are included, comes with ground sheet to protect floor from rocks and sharp objects.
Do not not cook inside tent, do not wear shoes inside tent.
Air out tent, open doors and shack out dirt from the interior before packing down. when taking down down please keep the white fabric out of mud and dirt.
Return requirements
remove all items before returning. if not completely dry when returning please let me know.
