Instructions

SET UP REQUIREMENTS
• A clear, flat space must be available before our arrival
• Indoor setups require enough room for the selected package
• Outdoor setups must be on grass or clean flat surfaces (no gravel or sharp ground)
• A standard electrical outlet is required for inflatable blowers
• Please keep pets away from the play area at all times

Return requirements

RETURN & PICKUP

• Equipment must remain in the same condition as delivered
• Please remove all personal items before pickup
• Any excessive mess, damage, or missing items may result in an additional cleaning or replacement fee
• Do not deflate or pack equipment unless instructed by our team
• Pickup will occur at the scheduled time — please ensure access to the setup area
