Instructions (How it Works)
• Full Control (Key Included): Upon delivery, you will be provided with the service key to the machine. This allows you to open the top to refill the envelopes whenever you like and gives you direct access to the coin tray.
• DIY Filling: We provide the specialty 2”x3” flat-pack envelopes. You are responsible for stuffing them with your chosen items (stickers, seeds, polaroids, etc.) and loading them into the machine.
• Quarter-Operated: The machine is set to $0.25 (one Canadian quarter). To make the favors "free" for your guests, simply place a bowl of quarters next to the machine for them to use.
• Keep the Change: Since you have the key, all quarters used in the machine are yours to keep! You can empty the coin box at any time during or after your event.

Return requirements

Return & Pickup Requirements
• Key Return: The service key must be returned to ourr team at the time of pickup. A $100 replacement fee applies if the key is lost.
• Machine Condition: Please ensure the internal dispensing mechanism is clear of any debris or jammed items before pickup.
• Location: The machine must be placed on a sturdy, level surface and kept in a dry, safe location for the duration of the rental.
Updated Pricing/Security Note:
• Refundable Security Deposit: $150.
• Note: Because we are giving you the key to the internal mechanism, the security deposit also covers any damage to the internal locking system or coin slide caused by forced entry or incorrect coin usage.
