Instructions

How to use safely:
1. ONLY fill with clean tap water or distilled water. Never add cleaning chemicals, perfumes, or vinegar to the boiler tank.
2. Unscrew the safety cap, fill the tank using the funnel, and tighten the cap securely.
3. Plug in and wait for the green light to indicate the steam is ready.
4. IMPORTANT: The safety cap is pressurized. If you need to refill the machine mid-job, unplug it and hold down the steam trigger until ALL pressure/steam is completely discharged before slowly unscrewing the cap.
5. Do not point the steam lance at pets, people, or delicate, heat-sensitive electronics.

Return requirements

- Please ensure the machine is completely unplugged and has cooled down.
- Carefully unscrew the safety cap and empty any remaining water from the boiler tank into a sink.
- Wipe down the machine, hose, and used plastic attachments with a damp cloth.
- Ensure all 17 pieces (including all small brushes, extensions, and microfiber pads) are returned together in the provided container.
- Wash the microfiber pads/cloths if they are heavily soiled, or return them shaken out so they can be laundered.
